Every listing displays its exact cancellation policy before you request. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, 100% of your escrow deposit is promptly returned to your original payment method within three to five business days.

Every week listed on ETS is verified against public deed registries and confirmed directly with the resort reservation office prior to publication, guaranteeing the owner's legal deed, week number, unit view tier, and confirmed reservation rights.
